Poor engraving
I paid for the engraving which was very poor. Letters very small and barely legible. Letters not central on the bracelet. Very disappointed as this was a christening gift.

Excellent online shopping experience
Excellent online shopping experience. Product arrived within 2 days, matched online description and photos, came in Newbridge presentation box and carefully packaged for delivery. Have yet to use the product but it looks to be good quality.
